Julie is the head of customer service at PK Simpson and has been with the firm from day one. Julie is not a lawyer but is very knowledgable in accident compensation and provides the sort of rock solid base our clients crave in their time of need. From the day an injured client calls the firm to the day their claim is settled, Julie is on hand to make sure the client is happy and all their needs are looked after.
We take our customer relations very serious and that’s why we have a team of three people dedicated to making sure our clients every call is answered and request followed through.
Our customer service team also make courtesy calls to check up on clients and often discover, unbeknown to the client, that further claims can be made, due to differring circumstances. It’s an invaluable service to our clients and one that exceeds the expectations of many of our clients. For example, a client will come to us with an injury who is seeking workers’ compensation. Sometime will pass before the client’s injury worsens causing them to stop work altogether. In these circumstances other compensation claims can be made such as a TPD claim, total and permanent injury. Julie will then have someone from our TPD team ring the client.
Multiple claims can be processed at the same time with us because we have dedicated teams in workers’ compensation law, motor accident law, TPD law, public and occupiers’ negligence and medical negligence law.
